Ingredients

    Sweet Potato
    Onion, to taste
    Thyme, t tsp
    Broth
    Frozen green beans, cut
    kale
    cooked chicken

Tips

use pre-cooked chicken. It's better if you take it off the heat and let sit for an hour before serving.


Directions

If your chicken is not already cooked, that first and set aside. Saute sweet potato, thyme and onion until tender. Add broth and bag of rice. Simmer on low heat for a few min. Add chicken. Simmer. Green beans. Simmer. Add kale last and take off the heat. Let it sit without heat for an hour before serving for best flavor integration. Salt to taste. I add Bragg's Amino Acid soy sauce alternative for extra flavor and nutrition. Red pepper flakes add a nice kick too. Enjoy!
