Ingredients

    800ml boiling water
    2 reduced salt stock cubes
    1 onion chopped
    2 bacon medallions
    1 medium peeled and chopped potato
    400g frozen peas

Directions

Add water, stock cubes, onion, potato and peas and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. Blitz with a hand blender. Add chopped bacon medallions and let simmer again for 5 mins
