Ingredients

    Chilli Olive oil
    Kidney beans
    sunflower seeds
    pumpkin seeds
    carrots
    spring onions
    cheese to grate
    roasted almonds
    pepper & sea salt
    croutons
    tuna fish (canned)
    lettuce (two types)


Directions

1 serving:
wash lettuce and place in salad spinner until dry,
place in bowl,
add all ingredients (grate the carrot and cheese and chop the spring onions)

NB the kidney beans must be soaked the night before as to remove toxins
