Ingredients

    2 Tbls. Flaxseed
    1 cup Nonfat Milk
    1 6 oz. Yoplait Light Yogurt
    1 Banana, frozen (cut in half before freezing)
    1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1 cup Three Berry Mix, frozen (Costco)
    1 container (.5 cup) Dole Pineapple tidbits with 100% juice

Directions

Put flaxseed into blender and grind up. Then add milk and yogurt . Blend thoroughly. Then add each fruit and blend until smooth. Might take more or less time depending on your blender.
Makes 2 16 oz. servings
