Ingredients

    # *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    # corn flour, 1.5 cup
    # Egg, fresh, 3 large
    # Soy Milk, 1 cup
    # Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    # Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    # Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    # Brown Sugar, 2 cup, unpacked
    # *Canola Oil, .5 cup

Directions

Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Spray 28 cooking tray with oil and flour to prevent the mixture from sticking on the tray.
throw the extra four and put the mixture.
Heat the oven 400 put the tray in the middle for 30 min. Try not to open the oven so no cold air will go in.
Check it when the surface is orange or light brown by inserting a knife, if the knife was clean that is mean it is ready if it has anything leave it for other 5 min. and check again.
Leave it to be cold and cut it into 10 pieces. enjoy it.
