Introduction
A very lazy way to make 'stuffed' peppers A very lazy way to make 'stuffed' peppersNumber of Servings: 3
Ingredients
-
4 small tomatos
1.5 cups tomato sauce
1 can campbell's tomato rice soup
6 peppers halved
1 cup vegan ground beef
***campbells tomato rice soup is VEGAN in canada, as for that comment, I dont know if it isn't where you are from, so always check ingredients****
Directions
This is very lazy, basically just put it all either in a pot or pan, and simmer on the stove for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender, and then spoon the mixture into them. I like to cook it all together because if you cook the peppers seperately, then it doesn't give it that taste the peppers give to the rest of the stuff.. You can also bake it in the oven if you prefer but I don't know for how long or what temperature...
