Introduction

This soup was an "accident." I started a recipe and there was an error in it. When I discovered the mistake I threw together a few more ingredients and it turned out pretty good. Ingredients

    1 Packet of 40% less sodium taco seasoning
    1 bag (2.25 cups) frozen carrots, celery, onion mix
    1 can of organic no salt added tomatoes
    1 can of diced green chilies
    1 can of healthy request campbells cream of chicken soup
    13 oz of cooked diced chicken breast

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into a soup pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for another 10 minutes. You may want to serve with sour cream and cheese. I think the sour cream isn't really necessary because of the creamy soup base, but my husband still likes it :)
Serving size is about 3/4 cup - 1 cup
