Best Homemade Meatloaf Ever!! Best Homemade Meatloaf Ever!!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 lbs. ground beef (extra lean)
    3/4 cup italian dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup water
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup cooked mushrooms and onions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray meatloaf pan with pam.
In large bowl combine all ingredients.
Put mixture in sprayed pan.
Bake 1 hour or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    I just wanted to give you a big thumbs up on this nice, simple, tasty meatloaf recipe! BTW, for those of you who are very strict like I am on portions, one serving of this equals 1-cup. - 12/12/07

    Loved it! Made the recipe just as posted, with the exception of mushrooms...didn't have any on hand. Next time I'll make sure to include them. Used a little extra onion instead. A hit with the whole family! - 10/1/09
