    0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (Kroger Fat Free)
    1.0 oz (20 halves) Pecans
    9.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 cup Oats, Quaker

Directions

Blend ingredients in blender or food processor. Cook on pancake griddle or frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle with small amount honey.b
