    141.0 gram Boca Essentials Roasted Vegetables & Red Quinoa
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 tbsp herdez salsa camera medium

Directions

Chop up carrot, zucchini, onion, red bell pepper into cubes, and crumble Boca patties and add to non stick pain with 1 tbsp olive oil and sauteed until cooked. Season with Mrs. Dash, pepper, additional salt and garlic optional. Top with Salsa
