Ingredients

    6 oz Cream Cheese
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 tbsp Flaxseed
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 serving Stevia in the Raw
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Combine 6 oz. softened cream cheese with 5 eggs and blend until well mixed (about 2 minutes). Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, Stevia, flaxseed and almond flour and blend until batter is somewhat creamy.

Pour amount of batter for desired pancake size onto greased non-stick skillet heated to Medium-High and flip when browned.

Top with 1/4 cup sugar free syrup.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pancakes
