    6 cup Trader Joe's Arugula (by RICH220)
    3.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Sage, ground
    3 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce
    .5 tsp Salt
    3 dash Pepper, black
    2 cup Rice Organic Jasmine Trader Joes (by KEN_LETIZIA)

Tips

Would be good topped with cheese, but I didn't add it b/c I'm dairy free.


Directions

in skillet on "3" in this order:
olive oil
turkey
spices
some sauce, then stir
arugula chopped
some more sauce, stir
rice
rest of sauce
