Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    2 clove Garlic
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 medium Carrots, raw
    2 cup, chopped Kale
    1 cup, cubes Turnips
    1 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked, with salt
    2 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    12 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

The broth is supposed to be a 3-4 times daily drink.


Directions

Chop all veggies
Add all ingredients to pot with water
The pepper is optional.
Low boil (simmer) for 60 minutes.
Cool and strain if only using broth.
Store in refrigerator.
