    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    8 oz Gouda Cheese
    4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Directions

Steam cauliflower
drain and mash
add both cheeses
put in oven safe dish and bake for 20/30mins @ 400
