Introduction

Ingredients

1 Small Head Cabbage
1/4 C Jullienned Carrots
1/4 C Shiitake Mushrooms
Bunch of Fresh Parsley
25 Spring Rolls Wraps
2 Sheets Of Roasted Seaweed
4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Optional 2 to 3 Spinach Leaves
Directions
They may take a little bit of time to Prepare but they are good and you no what is in them.
If you are Vegan or are making them Vegan.
You have to make sure you buy the Wraps that do not have egg in them.. you can find these at a Asian Food Store
Easier if you have a Food Processer or something to chopp up you ingredients for you.
Finely Chop the Head a Cabbage put it in a Large bowl. Add Carrots, Mushrooms, Parsley and Mix Well and Season..if you wish.
I lay out 1 wrap diagonal with point facing you
then I lay one square of the Seaweed in the center and the a few leaves of Spinich next put a good amount off the other ingredients in the center and roll half way then fold the ends over. fold the rest of the way up and wet the end with a small amount of water. to hold together. Keep a small bowl of water on the side.
Then I lay out another wrapper and re-wrap so now it has 2 wraps.
Now you are ready to fry in a Frying pan pour a small amount of the extra virgin olive oil.. and brown each side.
Place in a oblong Pan when you have them all prepared put in the oven on 350 for about 10 mins.
Dipping Sauce: I mix 1/2 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce W/ 2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar and 1/4 C Water.
Season with garlic powder, red pepper flakes.
Optional you can add some kind of Veggie Meat.,,
Or If you are not Vegetarian you can even add Shrimp .
