Ingredients

16 serving Great Value Elbow Macaroni Noodles (1/2 c dry)
3.25 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
16 serving Cheeses mozarella Kraft finely shredded (1/4 cup)
1 stick Butter, unsalted
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
13 grams Flour, white
Tips
Keep stirring milk while cooking to keep from scorching
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Place all but 1/4 cup of milk into a pan with butter, salt, and pepper. add flour tot the 1/4 cup of milk and mix until thick add to milk mixture. Heat until thickened.
Meanwhile cook pasta to andante. prepare 2 casserole dishes with cooking spray. spray a large mixing bowl with cooking spray and pour the cooked pasta into the bowl add cheese and mix well. divide pasta and cheese into the casserole dishes and cook for 30 min or until the pasta starts to turn golden brow on the edges. let cool for 5 min before serving.
