Ingredients

    4.0 cube Chicken bouillon
    7.0 oz with bone, cooked (yield after bone removed) Turkey drumstick (leg), smoked
    4.0 cup Beans, pinto
    12.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Soak beans overnight, drain put in LG pot. Add water and bullion cubes, and turkey legs bring to a boil. Turn down to low and simmer for 1.5 hrs. Add veggies and spices and simmer another 45 minutes or till beans and veggies are soft.
