Ingredients

    5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .25 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp salt
    .32 tsp stevita stevia or 1 tbsp. of any other sweetner

    Reserve 1/4 cup almond flour to dust the dough to ease forming of biscuits

Tips

biuits do not "rise" so shape biscuits as you intend them to be shaped when finished. Biscuits are done when bottom is nicely browned.


Directions

combine wet ingredients in a large bowl, dry ingredients in a small bowl, add dry to wet and mix to form a ball, shape into two biscuit, bake at 350 degrees
