Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2lbs Beef (cut-beef stew cut is best)
    Baby Carrots
    1/4 Cup chopped onions
    1/4-1/2 Cup Celery - Chopped
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
    2 cans water (part of the directions on soup can)
    8-10 small red potatoes

Directions

Using a Crock-Pot pour both can's of Cream of Mushroom Soup into the pot and 2 can's of water (as stated on soup lable). Add onions, celery, and beef. If desired cut potatoes and add to pot. Turn pot on low and let cook all day long. Stir often.
