Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    2 cups shredded swiss
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well, place in casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cooking time and temperature can be adjusted to whatever else you're baking. :)

    Just made this tonight and my husband and I both loved it. It wasn't a big hit with the kiddos, but they insist they don't like spinach. Maybe some day. :) - 3/10/08

    I love this recipe. I had to substitute low fat cheddar for the swiss because I didn't have any. I will definitly make this again. - 4/5/07

    Yes -- Delicious -- Since it is just DH and me, I cut the recipe in half. I also added some nutmeg. - 10/28/13
