Ingredients

    16 oz Blue Diamond Almond Milk Almond Cashew Unsweetened
    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .50 cup Market Pantry Triple Berry Fruit Blend, frozen
    33 gram Body Fortress Super Advanced 100% Whey Protein-Vanilla Flavored Powder-52grams/serving (by JJERMAINEG)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Add Unsweetened Almond/Cashew milk ( or other milk of choice but be sure to accommodate for the calories. Almond Breeze makes an unsweetened version which is only 25 calories per 8oz serving so 2 cups = 16oz = 50 calories FILL to line in blender at 2 cups even or measure and pour into blender. Add in FROZEN banana, frozen berries ( or other fruit of choice), 1 scoop of protein powder, and cinnamon and blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!
