Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 medium carrot
    6 teaspoons of soup bouillon cubes or granules
    0.5 cups of any kind of noodles
    1 large raw egg
    4 tbsp canola or olive oil
    3 tbsp of fresh parsley or fresh dill

Directions

Bring 2 - 2.5 liters of water to boil in the pot
Add cubed raw potatoes (let it cook until half done)
Add 0.5 cups of noodles (or more if you like it thicker)
Add 6 teaspoons of soup bouillon
Meanwhile puree 1 onion and 1 carrot in the food processor and zimmer with canola or olive oil for 5-7 minute
Add a beaten egg
Add zimmered veggies and chopped fresh parsley or dill, cook for another 2-3 minutes
Black pepper (optional)
