0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2.0 cup Spinach, fresh
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
2.0 large Egg white, fresh
Directions
1. Sauté onions and tomato in olive oil with a pinch of sea salt.
2. Add spinach and saute for about a minute.
3. Add beaten eggs to the pan and scramble.
