1 1/2 T rice vinegar
few sprigs of watercress, chopped
2 small green onions chopped
1/4 t pepper (use white pepperif you want more of a bite)
3/4 t. salt
1 1/2 t. sugar
1 t. dried pepper flakes, crushed
1 t. crushed sesame seeds
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend
