Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter, salted
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Tips

Cooking time is approximate. I like the mushrooms to be a deep brown, and I think they have a richer flavor, but some folks may prefer them a little lighter. It's okay to taste as you go.

Directions

Spray your pan with a nonstick spray and then melt the butter. Add mushrooms and saute on a medium heat until they turn a rich dark brown. Best eaten hot!
