    1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    15.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    6.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon
    1.0 cup Peas, Birdseye Frozen Select Sweet Garden Peas
    2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.0 serving(s) green giant corn
    1.0 serving(s) wholewheat cous cous

Directions
