Ingredients

1.1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal
1/3 cup Psyllium Husk Powder
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Cream Of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 cups Water, boiled
6 large Egg white, fresh
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Tips
you can press caraway seeds or poppy seeds for a different flavor
you can add other spices like rosemary or add a a 1/4 cup of Erythritol and some cinnamon for a sweeter roll. if you add raisins you will need to consider the carbs .
Directions
Pre heat over , 350 , prepare a non stick pan or parchment or cooking mat.
In a Mixer beat all the Dry ingredients together expect for the sesame seeds. 1 cup Almond Flour , Flax Seed Meal , Psyllium Husk Powder,Coconut Flour ,Garlic powder ,Onion powder ,Cream Of Tartar ,Baking Soda
Salt.
Add the Eggs and white Continue beating till well mixed
Slowly add hot water until complety blended
Take the About 1/3 cup of dough and drop it on bake sheet mold to shape ( I make long ones for hot dogs )
press a some of the sesame seeds into the tops so they stick
bake in over for 50 mins .
Remove from oven let cool and Store at room temp for a few days or Freeze
