Ingredients

12 oz Kroger Swiss Cheese
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Milk, 3.25%
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 serving Bread White Slice Toasted
Tips
You can arrange half the cheese on the bottom of the pan and add some chopped spinach or broccoli, and you can also add some sausage or ham if you want, top with the last of the swiss and pour the eggs beaten with the milk and cream and top with parmesan.
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grate a 12 oz block of swiss cheese, set aside. Beat 8 whole large eggs with 1 cup heavy cream and one cup milk (or two cups half and half). Prepare a 10 inch quiche pan by melting 2 Tablespoons butter, and swirling around to coat bottom of pan, sprinkle with crumbs from one piece of white bread toast grated to make bread crumbs. arrange cheese on top of crumbs, pour beaten eggs with milk and cream over the top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and tent loosely with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes, remove foil tent and bake another 10 minutes to allow top to become nicely browned.
