1 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)
2 serving Bumble Bee Premium Albacore Tuna in Water Pouch, 2 oz drained, 56 g, about 1/4 cup
.25 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
0.5 serving cucumber, 1 cup chopped (by HAIRYBAGEL)
0.25 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
Black pepper
Smoked paprika
Directions
Chop or mash all ingredients. Pepper to taste. Stir until desired consistency. Top with smoked paprika. Serve with celery or whatever you prefer!
