Ingredients

    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    2.75 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    .23 cup, shredded Monterey Cheese
    1 serving cheese Marble Jack Crystal Farms Reduced Fat (by AALLEY2)

Directions

steam cauliflower, add butter, half and half, and garlic and blend until smooth. Put cauliflower mixture in greased pan and mix 1/2 of the cheese. Top with the remaining cheese and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
