    32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 tsp Red pepper flakes
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    3 clove Garlic
    0.25 tbsp Honey
