Introduction

alternative to regular spagetti squash and tomato sauce. alternative to regular spagetti squash and tomato sauce.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cup Spagetti Squash (by DHALYIA)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Flour, white
    .33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
    5 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon

Directions

cook spagetti squash and wrap squash in paper towel to squeeze out water content.
cook bacon and set aside. chop up when cooled down.
in separate bowl beat 2 eggs for 2 minutes then add flour and mix another 30 seconds.
add squash and cheese and mix well
add bacon
in pan heat oil and drop approx 2tbsp or 1 ice cream scoop into pan and flatten. cook till done on both sides.
as an extra (this needs to be added on your food recorder) add sour cream or greek yogurt.
serve with a side salad.
