Ingredients

    1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon, drained and bones removed
    4 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
    2 ½ Tbsp. Chipotle sauce or marinade, any kind
    ¼ c. Red Onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
    1 tsp. Garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Chili powder
    Lettuce and Tomato
    5 Tortillas, 98% fat free

Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, chipotle sauce, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and chili powder. Add the salmon and mix well. Place lettuce and tomato on each tortilla and spoon salmon mixture on top (about a ¼ cup). Roll them up burrito-style.
