Ingredients

    4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
    12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    .25 cup Almond Butter
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.33 cup Ocean Spray Craisons (by LYNN323)
    4 tbsp Almonds - sliced
    1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple

Tips

After baking I divide into individual servings and put in the refrigerator. This is so easy to reheat for a quick, nutritious breakfast in the mornings.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour wet ingredients over dry. Stir. Fold in apples, craisons and almonds,

Bake for 20 minutes.
