2.0 medium Summer Squash
1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
1.0 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
3.0 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw
Directions
Oven 425
Chop veggies and toss in olive oil, salt, pepper and season all
Flip after 15 minutes in oven, bake another 10 to 15
