Ingredients

    1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1 serving banana, one-half medium
    0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    1 serving Light n' Lively Lowfat Cottage Cheese
    1 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Add all ingredients in a blender, magic bullet, or any food processor and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.

Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with butter or cooking spray and heat over medium low heat. Drop desired amount of batter onto skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on underside.
