Ingredients

3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
0.25 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard

Directions

Bring eggs to a boil. Remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes. Run them under cold water to cool and then peel shells. Put the eggs in a bowl and mash them up. Mix in the mayo and mustard. Refrigerate until ready to eat or eat right away. I eat it right out of the bowl to avoid carbs but you can serve it on bread and it will be just as tasty. Enjoy! Serves 1
