Introduction

1/2 cup non fat yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1cup ice
1/2 cup non fat yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1cup ice

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 cup non fat yogurt
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 banana
    1/2 cup frozen berries (I like blueberries)
    Add 1 cup of ice if you like it cold

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes 3 servings
