Ingredients

    8.0 serving ( 3 oz ) Venison
    4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 large Onions, raw
    4.0 medium Carrots, raw
    4.0 cup kitchen basics unsalted beef stock
    1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    4.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

Cut venison into 1" cubes. Dust with flour and brown the outside. Toss in crock pot. Cut all veggies into bite sized pieces and toss into the pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until venison is tender. Enjoy!
