Ingredients

    32.0 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    24.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.25 tsp Allspice
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    10.0 cookie Gingersnap Cookies

Directions

Put all ingredients, except for cookies, into the slow cooker and set for 6 hrs. After 6 hrs, add crushed gingersnaps to make a thick gravy. Serve with spaetzle, noodles, rice, mashed potatoes, matzoh balls, or dumplings.
