Ingredients

1 cup Kroger Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
9 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
1 clove Garlic
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
12 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-3/4 cup, 30g
0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp. Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
Drain and squeeze dry spinach in paper towel.
Mix ground turkey with chopped spinach, diced onion, garlic, egg, 1/4c of skim milk, panko bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Form into 12 balls (the meatballs will be large in size). Misto Spray meatballs with EVOO.
Set meatballs on nonstick cookie sheet and roast in oven until cooked through.
Serve with marinara or lightened up Bechemel sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley of desired.
