Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    1 cup Leeks
    4 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
    1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pam into small skillet. Turn on medium and add leeks, Stir frequently for a few minutes until they are aromatic and soft, Add bacon bits and continue on low heat for another minute or two, In seperate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. (Add any seasoning you want) In a 9x9 casserole dish, layer leeks and bacon, 1/2 the cheese, the egg mixture and the rest of the cheese. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until middle is barely set. cover lightly for 5-10 minutes- eat!
