Ingredients

    1 serving Sam's Sea Cuisine Cod Loins, 5 oz
    1 serving Parkay Spray, 1 to 5 sprays
    1 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning, Salt Free
    0.25 tsp Salt for Life (Sea Salt Blend) 70% less Sodium
    3 tsp Aldi Chef's Cupboard Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs

Tips

This is also good with a lite sprinkle of grated Parmesan Cheese about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time so it will lightly brown.


Directions

Place frozen cod fillet in a small baking dish that has been sprayed with spray oil. Spray top of fillet with Parkay Spray Margarine. Sprinkle with Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Spray again with a little more Parkay Spray Margarine. Sprinkle with Whole Wheat Panko bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 26 minutes or until tender when checked with a fork.
