Ingredients

    Carrots (shredded)
    Starkist Tuna Chunk white albacore in water
    3 tbsp of miracle whip regular
    Any desired seasoning or spices

Directions

Makes 2 servings

If you're carrots are not already shredded then shred 2 carrots by hand.

Place carrots in small bowl once shredded

Open up can of tuna and add the whole can to the same bowl as the carrots

Measure out 3 tbsp of miracle whip and add them to the bowl along with the tuna and carrots.

Add desired seasoning, then mix thoroughly.

Now you can eat the salad just like that, place on top of crackers, make a sandwich or a wrap with it, however you desire to eat it!

    I make this all the time. My favorite healthy way to eat tuna salad. I have mine in a whole wheat pita with spring mix. Yummy and so easy. - 5/25/10
