Ingredients

1 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
2 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)
1.25 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
0.60 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
1 cup fresh cauliflour
3 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
Tips
You can adjust the broccoli/cauliflour ratio to suit your family needs.
Directions
Precook broccoli/cauliflour in microwave, leave a little undercooked. Put broccoli in the 9x13 pan. Mix other ingredients and pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
