Introduction

This is a new take on a breakfast smoothie. It has all the goodness but you eat it with a spoon. Top it with berries and nuts for additional goodness. This is a new take on a breakfast smoothie. Ingredients

    12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable (or milk of choice)
    1 tbsp Hemp Protein organic Nutiva 3Tbsp (30g)
    1 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    5 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    2 tbsp Almond Butter or Sunbutter
    1 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)

Directions

In a blender, combine milk and spinach. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except chia seeds. Blend until combined.
Add chia seeds. If you want a creamy pudding, blend chia seeds in well. Otherwise pulse once or twice to combine.
Divide into 2 or more serving containers (mason jars work well!).
Refrigerate overnight or until thickened to pudding like consistency.
