    0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.25 package (10 oz) yields Okra, frozen, cooked
    0.5 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
    0.25 cup Hunt's diced canned tomatoes, no salt
    0.5 cup Swanson cooking stock, chicken unsalted

Directions

Cook rice add sauteed onions and mushrooms, add tomatoes and okra. Cook 10 minutes Add protein to make a meal. Serving Size: Makes 6 one cup servings
