Ingredients

0.50 cup THM Oat Fiber
2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
40.5 gram(s) Muscletech 0 carb unflavored protein powder
1 serving Jarrow Gentle Fibers (soluble/insoluble) {2T=18g} (by JESSIEWEST)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
6 serving Cheeses mozarella Kraft finely shredded (1/4 cup)
2 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese
.75 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream Of Tartar
Tips
butter your hands when handling dough because it is very sticky.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt cheese in micro for 1 minute, stir, melt for 30 seconds.
Add dry ingredients and 2 eggs. Mix well with you hands when it is cool enough. Make sure to mix enough to break up the cheese with the fiber.
Split into 4 pieces. If making bagel, make a rope and connect it in a circle. I gave up on the bagel shape and just make 4 round biscuits. Place on a parchment lined sheet or Silpat
Bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
