    2.0 cup, small curd (not packed) Creamed Cottage Cheese
    1.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
    0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 clove Garlic
    0.25 tsp Salt
    6.0 tsp Sugar In The Raw
    2.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    0.12 tsp Pepper, black


Blend all ingredients except cottage cheese & let stand for 30 minutes. Spoon mixture over scoop of cottage cheese and serve as a side dish.
