Ingredients

    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.25 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    Fresh Basil
    Fresh Rosemary or Fresh Oregeno.
    Fresh Garlic

Tips

Cook each individual tortilla on medium heat. Re greese pan after each tortilla. Makes 8-10 tortillas.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Let sit for 5 minutes for coconut flour to thicken slightly. Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat. Greece pan with coconut oil. Pour batter (slightly thicker than milk) into 1/4 cup and pour in skillet. Cook about 3-5 min on first side, flip and cook 2nd side for 3-5 minutes. Place in a tea towel in fridge and eat as needed.
